Maxi Z Flat-End
The design of the Maxi Z flat-end is considered a hybrid between conventional implants and the Maxi Z range of implants. It could be used for conventional indications but also it could be used for sinus floor augmentation and in cases of vertical bone loss as the range includes short implants.
